I think the Wendler is great, good...Great progress. I think the Wendler is great, good periodization and by putting the two lifts together like this I think you maximize rest/recovery for optimal gains. Once I ride these novice gains out I will establish some new maxes and flip over to a Wendler 5-3-1 + some met-cons.
