ReplyDeleteSolid PR on the snatch. Have you been doing an snatch balances or OHS?
I like that METCON. MUS slowed me down and I did the shorter RKC style swings. I think my rings maybe easier, I do not know. I think your time was pretty good as well. In the end, you did 150 swings with the 1.5 Pood and 30 MUs in about 13min. Not bad.
