Continued Gains

I had to fight hard for the last rep of 290. It was a good weight for me and a continued progression. I am loving the strength days, for obvious reasons.


  1. Nice numbers today Sean! 290x3 is solid! I managed to through up 275x3 and I was very happy with that.

    How did the IF go for you yesterday?
