I am blown away at the energy I have...today I got up at 0430 to go to work, worked 12 hours and did not get to the gym until 2000hrs tonight. I was still able to complete a workout with a
decent amount of intensity and energy.
Back Squat
50%/10 60%/10 70%/10 75%/10 - I just used 285 for the calculations and it was a good weight. My PR is 315.
