Body Weight Overhead Squat!

(Tyler's delicious, Paleo friendly, stuffed pork and peppers.  Stuffed with ground Italian sausage, onions, fennel seed and apple)

Today I set a PR that I am happy about...BW OHS.  It is one step towards my goal of a Bodyweight snatch.

OHS
3-3-3-3-3-2-1 (in kg)
60-62-65-67-71-80-85 (187lbs)

Followed by Tabata Sit-ups

  1. Very Nice on the PR. A BW OHS, then some heavy snatch balances and you are set. A BW OHS is a solid lift, especially with you body type.

    I am going to spend the next few weeks doing an ME black box. Focusing on lifts first, in 1-5 rep range, followed by short METCONs. Mostly doing my own METCONs building in skills I have not done in awhile...burpees, box jumps and cont to learn double unders. This will be step II on my recovery plan. I am not quite ready to jump into MaxFIt yet. The biggest reason, I do not want to get over competitive, not listen to my body and get hurt.

  4. my brother did. Email him and he can get you the recipe ...basically just mash all that shit into the pepper and chuck it on the bbq.
